It's Sunday, and I started my day with coffee, and a good book. I tried to make my own Mozzarella cheese yesterday, but it didn't turn out. So I woke up today and decided to re-read my book, to see what I may have missed. I think this is why I love cooking so much, there is always something to learn, a goal to set, a dream to achieve, a recipe to conquer. Now that my day has come to an end, I have set a goal for tomorrow, which is to go to the store, get more milk, and try again. I am determined to conquer this recipe. Now don't get me wrong, I have made cheese before, successfully, several times. I have even made Mozzarella, but I have never made it using my own curds. So tomorrow is a new day, and I am going to make Mozzarella from my own curd. I'll let you know how it goes.
