Wildflour has teamed up with Fisherman's Wharf in Charleston, thanks to Captain John of Sharky's Charters along with their crew to bring you the freshest local fish that you can get on the Oregon Coast.
This collaboration is in thanks to Travel Oregon Southern Coast's Networking Conference in February 2025, where we made our connection. And now Captain John from the Fisherman's Wharf in Charleston and his crew bring us fish each week from the deep blue Pacific Ocean right here out of the Charleston Harbor!!

Captain John
​
Capt. John Blanchard is an avid outdoor sportsmen. A graduate of Oregon State University Marine Biology, and Coast Guard accredited 100 Ton Masters License, John enjoys sharing his life long passion for fishing with clients. The excitement of yelling “Fish On!” and catching trophy size fish is a reward for not only John, but clients as well!

Captain Silas Costales has spent many days on the Northern California, Southern Oregon Coast fishing for tuna, salmon, halibut, rockfish and crab. A former logger, Silas now uses his time slaying fish and bringing others to the tight lines! Silas and his wife have teamed up to charter full time and help share their passion with our clients. We love what we do. Come join us for a day on the water. Lots of people call it fishing. We like to call it catching!

Captain Josh

Captain Josh Bladt is a Fish-aholic! This started at a very young age while fishing with his Dad. When Capt. Josh is not offshore chasing Salmon, Halibut, Tuna, Ling Cod, and Rockfish. He will be found spending his time fishing for Salmon and Steelhead on the Rivers or Fly Fishing on the High Lakes of Central Oregon. Capt. Josh is always on the hunt for the next bite! Capt. Josh has a true love for helping his clients get to experience the enjoyment of catching these world-class fish and filling there freezers with the best marine protein available.

Captain Chris
Captain Chris Wesley is a professional charter Captain with more than eight years of experience as a licensed Charter Boat Captain. He enjoys spending time fishing the rivers, bays and pacific ocean. Captain Chris is a great teacher! Teaching those with no experience, as well as swapping tips and tales with seasoned fisherman. Chris has a knack for tailoring the fishing experience for his clients. He provides a unique opportunity to learn a new skill and do something fun while reconnecting with friends, enjoying a day with family, or team building with colleagues. Chris has the skills and know-how to make it an amazing and memorable fishing adventure.
