Wildflour has teamed up with Fisherman's Wharf in Charleston, and Sharky's Charters along with their crew to bring you the freshest local fish that you can get on the Oregon Coast.
This collaboration is in thanks to Travel Oregon Southern Coast's Networking Conference in February 2025, where we made our connection. And now Captain John and his crew bring us fish each week from the deep blue Pacific Ocean right here out of the Charleston Harbor!!

Captain Steely on the Vessel Last Dance out of Charleston caught us some fresh Chinook Salmon!! Jasmine Rice with Asparagus and Tri-Colored Carrots, Chinook Salmon, and a Velvety Bearnaise Sauce topped with fresh Tarragon and Chives.
