Sustainability at Wildflour

Rooted Locally. Grown with Purpose.

At Wildflour, sustainability begins at home. We believe the strongest, most meaningful impact comes from a micro focus on our local community first, followed by a deep commitment to sourcing from across Oregon’s rich agricultural and artisan network.

Every decision we make is guided by our belief that supporting local farmers, fishers, ranchers, millers, brewers, distillers, and makers strengthens not only our food system, but the people, families, and small businesses that make our region thrive. When you dine at Wildflour, you are directly supporting real people doing honest, hardworking, and passionate work.

Our menu is built intentionally around collaboration, seasonality, and relationships. We proudly partner with local and Oregon-based producers who share our values of quality, sustainability, and care for the land and community.

Our Community Collaborators

We are honored to work alongside and support these incredible local businesses:

  • Wildflour Breads by John Moore

We support local business.

We support Oregon producers.

We support community, sustainability, and the people behind every ingredient.

This is the Wildflour way.

Catch of the Day

Finding Inspiration in Every Dish

Wildflour has teamed up with Fisherman's Wharf in Charleston, thanks to Captain John of Sharky's Charters along with their crew to bring you the freshest local fish that you can get on the Oregon Coast.

This collaboration is in thanks to Travel Oregon Southern Coast's Networking Conference in February 2025, where we made our connection. And now Captain John from the Fisherman's Wharf in Charleston and his crew bring us fish each week from the deep blue Pacific Ocean right here out of the Charleston Harbor!!
